New Years resolution 70,000 steps a week

Not 10,000 a day, that can be too hard to accomplish with my social schedule. I originally had this in 2015 also, but foot pains caused numerous breaks in continuity. Doing this allows me to keep my weight steady even with all the dining out and wine consumption. social connections and fun are more important that losing my slight excess weight.
