One handed clothing challenges

I had to hurriedly get my underwear down this morning. In the process it rolled itself tightly around the elastic waistband. It took about ten minutes to get it unrolled one handed. Nothing in my OTs training did I get any ADLs on this. At least it doesn't occur too often. I would expect a stroke protocol in that public database about how to do this. But no,10 million yearly stroke survivors  will have to learn this on their own.
