paper map and GPS on phone for driving

I was the navigator in the front passenger seat. The unwieldly paper map was spread on my lap with the phone on top of that. We spent 6 days in Madrid, rented a car and drove around Spain for 7 days(Cuenca, Valencia, Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Toledo)
Yawning would cause the left arm to rise, dumping the phone on the floor and the paper map someplace else.
Coughing would do the same.
Sneezing would be even worse.
I should be able to go to any therapist in the world to stop that involuntary movement.
