70,000 steps a week goal

Starting the last week of last year I succeeded at this until the last week in June. It is approximately 35 miles for my stride length.  My excuse was that I was in New York for work three days and then flew to Minneapolis. I spent most of the weekend catching up on sleep, it doesn't help that I'm normally up until 2-3 in the morning. Coffee is my wakeup friend.  I changed the goal from 10,000 steps a day to a weekly total. I have too many social engagements in the evenings and weekends to get this done every day.
