Great conscience laundering but actually doing nothing. Damn it all there are tons of problems in stroke to solve. Putting out press releases/tweeting does not solve a single one. Don't fucking tell me that prevention is the way to go. That is just a lazy way of saying you don't want to tackle the hard problem of solving stroke. Get out of the way and let leaders solve stroke. The ASA, NSA and WSO are actually preventing solutions by not following any strategy to solve stroke and sucking up money  that could be better used in RFPs to researchers to solve problems in stroke.
