Ma F, et al. - The researchers performed this study to investigate the effect of 24-month folic acid supplementation on cognitive function and pathological mechanism in mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Improved cognitive function and reduced blood levels of Aβ-related biomarkers in MCI were found with folic acid supplementation.
