My comment, I bet it gets rejected:
How can you be a top doctor if none of the criteria has do do with the results of getting patients recovered? Did he meet the goal of 100% recovery for his neurological patients? Lesser goals do not count.

The breadth of Dr. Zorowitz’ expertise is shown by his three board certifications: in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury, and Traumatic Brain Injury. He has a wealth of experience in the treatment of many neurological conditions, but has become internationally renowned as an expert in the field of stroke rehabilitation and motor recovery.
Dr. Zorowitz is the author of many articles and book chapters on stroke rehabilitation, and has won multiple awards throughout his career, as well as earning the coveted title of Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Alongside his practice, he also serves as Professor of Clinical Rehabilitation Medicine at the Georgetown University School of Medicine. His expertise and dedication makes Dr. Richard D. Zorowitz a very deserving winner of a 2017 Top Doctor Award.
