A stroke nearly killed me. Now I'm clinging to life against the odds

Stories like this should not have to be written. But they will need to be written until we get some stroke leadership that has the proper goal of 100% recovery for all. Don't scoff, if your don't set your goals high you'll never get anywhere close to them. For far too long stroke medical leadership has done nothing to get to 100%, they have been satisfied with F.A.S.T. campaigns and prevention press releases. I call that incompetence. You existing leaders can compare your results to that 100% goal and judge yourself whether you are a leader or not.  I will not back down from calling out incompetency. I'm not playing by the polite rules of Dale Carnegie, 'How to Win Friends and Influence People'.
