Environmental enrichment

Well shit this enriched environment was talked about by Dr. Dale Corbett in 2011
Has your doctor heard about it and implemented it in your recovery?  How fucking incompetent is your doctor and hospital for not doing one thing about this in 7 years?
Why isn't your doctor and stroke hospital doing this? It's not too difficult to tie helium balloons on your feet and hands. Or is that too fucking difficult for your doctor? Not enough clinical proof? Or just too dangerous to get by the insurance vetting?
