How incompetent are they that they don't even know about it and aren't sending anyone?  Do you trust your stroke hospital to get you 100% recovered?  If not, what the hell changes are YOU going to demand from them? YOU  are going to have to start screaming since your doctors and stroke hospital have been proven incompetent forever.
