Out of date. When journals with paid staff can't even keep up-to-date with old pronouncements on stroke how do you expect your stroke hospital to keep up with research? The short answer, they don't and YOU are the beneficiary of such incompetency. The WHO reclassified stroke in 2006, now a neurological disease not cardiovascular disease.
