You can read at link but once again this ignores the real problem, inflammation. Prevent inflammation and cholesterol won't be grabbed out of the bloodstream and packed into plaque. Solve the correct problem not a bystander. Don't listen to me, I'm not medically indoctrinated. Ask your doctor what the 25% of cholesterol in your body that is in your brain is doing.
