Until we get a patient centered approach, meaning 100% recovery, stroke survivors will continue to be failed by stroke researchers. The status quo of the tyranny of low expectations from the complete stroke medical world is what is preventing progress on solving all the problems in stroke.
That along with NO strategy means stroke is making no progress.
