You can read and weep about this at the link. But I'm focusing on the complete failure of our stroke associations to reach this same tipping point on stroke. Now 1 in 4 will have a stroke and nothing exists for effective stroke rehab protocols to 100% recover. So 10 million yearly stroke survivors are fucked but the meme from World Stroke day is keep your head firmly buried up your ass so you can't see all the problems in stroke.
