The title of the section on page 64 is Stroke care(NOT stroke recovery or stroke rehab results). That is all you need to know that this plan is worthless for stroke.

But the Stroke Association is trying to make you believe this is helpful. It absolutely will do nothing. There is no assigned tasks to accomplish these goals. No person to talk to to see if a specific goal is being worked on and met. Whomever put this together for stroke needs to be fired.
