A study published Feb. 8 in the Journal of the American Medical Association bolsters a still-emerging area in diet science that suggests the best way to manage nutritional health is to build personalized diets

So when the hell are stroke survivors going to get personalized diets? For all these needs?  Your doctors have probably already quoted to you; 'All strokes are different, all stroke recoveries are different.' Have them provide a specific diet protocol for you because they already recognize your specific needs. Have them deliver on those diet needs, or call the stroke hospital president and have them demoted to physicians assistant. We need to clear out the dead and incompetent wood in stroke.

For stroke prevention; for dementia prevention; for cognitive improvement; for cholesterol reduction; for plaque removal; for Parkinsons prevention; for inflammation reduction; for blood pressure reduction.

THIS IS YOUR DOCTORS' RESPONSIBILITY!

    1. Sure, but I bet it is just guidelines not specifics.
