The association between blood glucose level and major hemorrhagic transformation, according to intravenous thrombolysis, in patients with successful recanalization after mechanical thrombectomy

Successful recanalization is not the measurement point, 100% recovery is.  You don't consider intermediate success as something to brag about if the final measurement point is not achieved.  The ONLY GOAL in stroke is 100% recovery. Anything less shouldn't even be crowed about.
