You can look at the four milestones for stroke here and see that
they are completely worthless for getting survivors to 100% recovery. So
YOU have a lot of work to do to change the strategy that NHS has for
stroke. First by removing all stroke medical personnel from any decision
making and putting survivors in charge. The word 'care' is a dead giveaway that survivors weren't consulted or listened to.
