Guidelines for Adult Stroke Rehabilitation and Recovery A Guideline for Healthcare Professionals From the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association

I got absolutely nothing out of this because these are guidelines NOT PROTOCOLS  and thus you have no clue what damage diagnosis would lead you to use them. And there is no efficacy rating.  This is what you get when you let stroke medical professionals write.  Survivors would have demanded a lot more and wanted to know exactly when 100% recovery is coming.
