CSPS.com Trial of Adding Cilostazol to Antiplatelet Therapy to Reduce Recurrent Stroke

I  bet this is going to be useless. I see nothing here that suggests they created a protocol and distributed it to all the stroke hospitals in the world, OR to the 10 million yearly stroke survivors.  Until we get stroke survivors in charge will we actually get research implemented into interventions.  I bet your stroke hospital will not contact the researcher to get the protocol. Proving just how incompetent your hospital is. Do your prefer your hospital being incompetent by NOT KNOWING, or NOT DOING?
