I blog on anything to do with stroke. DO NOT DO ANYTHING SUGGESTED HERE AS I AM NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED, YOUR DOCTOR IS, LISTEN TO THEM. BUT I BET THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET YOU 100% RECOVERED. I DON'T EITHER BUT HAVE PLENTY OF QUESTIONS FOR YOUR DOCTOR TO ANSWER.

Beach walking
I was in Saugatuck Michigan for a couple of days, hiked to the top of Mt. Baldy, 303 steps, a sand dune on the shore of Lake Michigan. Then hiked along the beach for a half mile with the beach sloping to the left, found out that my left ankle still threatens to roll, but luckily never sprained. The walk back was much better. My legs were strong enough but I need to work again at cardiovascular fitness, I got winded. Climbing the dune back to the top without steps was quite the challenge.
