WHOM is responsible for solving stroke? 100% recovery is the only goal

1. Well it is obviously not stroke associations. They are complete fucking failures.
2. It is not hospitals, they don't care about stroke recovery, only looking good by doing Get With the Guidelines or recognition by the Joint Commission, neither of which measures results, so useless. And if they solve stroke there goes a huge revenue stream, follow the money.
3. It is not your doctors, they aren't trained in research.
4. It is not researchers, they aren't following any strategy that will solve stroke.
5. So it must be you Dean, with absolutely no medical knowledge. You need zero medical knowledge to solve stroke, just management 101; Define the problem exactly, assign people to solve the problem; not do prediction or biomarker crap. And somebody will get a Nobel prize for solving stroke.
