Probably 99.9% of the research I've seen has completely the wrong objective. The WSO has NO FUCKING CLUE what survivors want and really should just get the hell out of the way. 100% recovery is the only goal in stroke and every piece of stroke research should be creating protocols towards that. NOT PREDICTIONS, BIOMARKERS, PREVENTION.
