Dean, not only do you tell the stroke medical professionals they are wrong, you prove they are wrong and them slap them upside the head with that proof

 A friends comment to me. I replied that I don't believe in the polite rules of Dale Carnegie,  'How to Win Friends and Influence People'. Because they believe in this crapola from World Stroke Day a few years ago. You can't reason with people that stupid. Arrogance only exists when you don't know what you are talking about, I'm not arrogant at all.

Oops, I'm not playing by the polite rules of Dale Carnegie,  'How to Win Friends and Influence People'. 

Politeness will never solve anything in stroke. Yes, I'm a bomb thrower and proud of it. Someday a stroke 'leader' will ream me out for making them look bad by being truthful , I look forward to that day.
