 Then you aren't looking at the answers properly or didn't ask the question correctly. It is 100% since YOU HAVE NO PROTOCOLS to give to survivors.

THIS is what is so fucking bad about the stroke medical world, they don't understand what survivors want and have no plan to get there.  Hope you feel good about your efforts when YOU  become the 1 in 4 per WHO that has a stroke?
