Failures at getting left hand into coat pocket

 Impossible to get my left hand into my coat pocket by itself. Spasticity is the complete problem. I have to fold the fingers in first because if I don't do that the little finger catches on the edge. Mittens don't work, they do not stay on my hand, even one with velcro doesn't work. At 30F I just leave the hand outside but by 25F I have to put it in the pocket.
