Stroke Foundation's(Australia) guidelines provide recommendations for best-practice stroke care, based on the latest research.

The whole problem with this is the thinking that guidelines are OK. No they are not, we need EXACT PROTOCOLS and until we get there stroke survivors are screwed.  I would throw this back in their faces and ask if they will get 100% recovered using them when they become the 1 in 4 per WHO that has a stroke.
