You can see from here that nowhere do they have ANY PROTOCOLS CREATED. With no protocols your stroke team is just shooting in the dark on your treatment guesses. Hope you are ok with such lack of professionalism.
If you would look at tPA administration objectively a 12% full recovery rate would be an appalling failure. But no, the tyranny of low expectations allows your stroke medical team to declare success at just reperfusion NOT 100% RECOVERY.
