How to Learn to Walk Again

Even after 15 years of walking post stroke the only time I gaze ahead when walking is on paved walking paths. The rough trails I walk on require seeing where the roots and rocks are. That way when I fall I can plan my landing spot, and I do fall. Which strengthens my bones, thus preventing broken bones in the future. Don't listen to me I'm not medically trained. Did your PT tell you that walking is just preventing a fall with each step?
