Toe problems

 

Walked 16,130 steps,  feet hurt a bit, have to get insoles to support my arches.  In Spanish Fork, UT, altitude 4800 feet.Then walking around in stocking feet my fourth toe on the left foot decides to curl under. WHOM do I go to to give me a solution, not suggestions? A SOLUTION!
