Non-dancing failure again

 At the Green Door bar where the food shelf charity event; 'Breaking Bread with the Blues' occurred.

Dancing was occurring and a lot of my women friends wanted me to dance. Finally just had to say that dancing is the only thing I'm self-conscious about and won't do.  Which is bizarre because all the guys my age there dancing are godawful. The women can still do it but not the guys. 

The left foot will not get off the floor with any decent amount of speed. I can't jump up and down. The left arm is a dead log that if I get too vigorous will slap other dancers.
