Why won't our stroke researchers actually solve stroke?

 There are thousands our pieces of research pointing the way forward but NO ONE is even trying to solve stroke.

WHY?

Too hard? 

Don't know about previous research?

Not my job?

Don't know about the problems needing solving?

You mentors and senior researchers don't know anything either? 

The absolute biggest reason is NO LEADERSHIP AND NO STRATEGY TO FOLLOW!  Our fucking failures of stroke associations  are totally incompetent!
