17 years and still nothing has improved in stroke recovery

I had my stroke 17 years ago, got tPA in 90 minutes and still ended up with a fair amount of disability. I see NOTHING  in those 17 years that even remotely suggests that stroke survivors now will now get any closer to 100% recovery. If fact I can guarantee that the next 17 years will do nothing either. All because there is NO STRATEGY AND NO LEADERSHIP  in stroke!
