Co-design of a fatigue educational tool for stroke, the 'fatigue protectometer'
We want to work collaboratively with a range of health professionals to co-design a new fatigue educational tool.
The purpose of the tool is to help stroke survivors know more about fatigue, identify what triggers their fatigue and problem solve how to manage it(You do realize that survivors want it solved? NOT MANAGED!)more successfully.
Post-stroke fatigue is complex! You can help us design a new fatigue educational tool based on principals from another complex condition: persistent pain.
Take part in one (1) or two (2) 60-90 min online workshops with researchers led by Dr Dawn Simpson.
Workshops will be complete online by videocall (zoom).
The aim of the workshop/s are to:
- Workshop 1: Initially discuss and get feedback about the potential components and format of the fatigue educational tool. (September)
- Workshop 2: Present a ‘prototype’ that we base on your input from workshop 1 and get further feedback so we can refine it further if needed. (Later in 2023)
