Nose hair trimmer failure

 With a moustache getting in the way  the nose hair trimmer needs a finger to hold the moustache down to get the trimmer into the nose. My doctor and therapists totally failed at recovery of my left hand. My fingers have way too much spasticity to straighten them out unless my right hand can get involved.
