Doctor and therapist failure to use soup and cereal bowls

 Tipping the bowls at the end to scoop out the last dregs is impossible with a spastic hand and arm. The  left fingers can't be opened unless the right hand opens them. Keeping the bowl in place while opening the fingers will never occur. And if I do get the fingers over the edge of the bowl the spastic left arm will not stay on the table. My doctor and therapists DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO CURE MY SPASTICITY! Total incompetence!
