Flying failures by my doctors and therapists

 Don't plan on safely flying after the failure of your doctor to get you 100% recovered.

1. The seat belt clip is only 8 inches long, not long enough to stay on my lap, with zero use of my left hand clipping the seat belt together one-handed is almost impossible. Complete failure of my doctors and therapists.
2. If we ever have a water landing it would be impossible to clip the waist strap together meaning the life jacket would float off my neck and I'd drown.
3. Oxygen masks have two tightening elastic straps needing to be pulled at the same time.
None of this was addressed by my doctor or therapists.
