Doctor and therapist failure again: Musicians

At the local bar for blues night. 4 saxes, 4 guitars, 1 drummer, 1 harmonica, 1 singer. All of these musicians except for the singer require two hands.  Neither my doctor or therapists asked what musical instruments I played so they could provide the correct rehab protocols for recovery. At the time, tenor saxophone; in high school, trombone. I might be able to figure out one-handed trombone playing. But why? Haven't all the stroke medical 'professionals' already created protocols for compensation for each musical instrument? NO? So you mean they've been fucking incompetent forever?
