Inspiring stroke recovery stories - Why do they still exist?

These should cease to exist as soon as our fucking failures of stroke associations  actually do their job and create 100% recovery protocols! What will it take to inspire stroke researchers to solve stroke to 100% recovery? Where is the story on that failure?
