11 Effective Spasticity Exercises: Regain Mobility in Your Hand and Arm from Flint Rehab

 All of these are for moderate spasticity, I can't do any of these except for the passive exercise. Obviously, they don't believe in Dr. William M. Landau's uninformed 'expert' opinion on spasticity.  Survivors would immediately disabuse him of that notion. When schadenfreude hits him with his stroke he'll regret his ideas on the matter.
