The WSO certification is worthless, it only talks about 'care'; NOT EXACT RECOVERY PROTOCOLS. Survivors never ask for 'care'; they ask for full recovery, if they haven't been bamboozled by their stroke medical 'professionals' into accepting their 'professionals' failure to get them recovered!
