Six drug-free ways to boost your brain

1. Exercise it.  Physical exercise.
2. Feed it fat.  Omega-3.
3. Stimulate it.  Learn something new and hard.
4. Play with it.  Video games, not aggressive ones.
5. Seranade it. Listen to music.
6. Meditate it.
