Lake Michigan crossing

In order to not drive thru Chicago and its expensive tolls I took the SS Badger from Manitowic,WI to Ludington,MI a four hour crossing, 5 if you count the time change. Got some extra vitamin D lying out on the deck chairs, including some sunburn for extra pain sensation later. Only slight rolling of the boat which was good for balance therapy.
