If you remember there is lots of whistling in these movies. So I tried and didn't succeed. I know I had it working a couple of years ago, Use it or lose it.
At that time I worked on inhaling whistles and finally succeeded at exhaling whistling. No such luck this time. I've not been able to find any research on whistling therapy. For me its an Activity of Daily Living(ADL).
