If you ever expect your stroke medical needs to improve you will have to do it. This story is a prime example of improving the process while not necessarily improving outcomes. You will notice that there is no mention how many of those tPA patients fully recovered. They need to acknowledge that stopping the neuronal cascade of death is just as important and work toward that.

But if this is your area, Ask what % of tPA patients get to complete recovery. That is the only definition of success.
