Your doctor can opine on which of these 9 options should win.

One paragraph here:
Researchers employ a state-of-the-art system to provide rapid heat exchange and very fast cooling, achieved by inserting a special catheter into the inferior vena cava – the body’s largest vein. No fluid enters the patient; an internal circulation within the catheter absorbs the body’s heat and transfers it out to slow metabolism, keep tissue swelling in check and give the brain time to rest.

I may not know much this doesn't seem like it would be useable  in the ambulance. Why aren't they comparing it to these 8:
1. the cold cure for brain injury,
2. neck cooler,
3. Arctic Sun 5000,
4. Cool Aid Drug,
5. brain cooling helmet,
6. RhinoChill IntraNasal Cooling System,
7.  Caps to save lives of stroke victims
8.  Hypothermia and Pharmacological Regimens That Prevent Overexpression and Overactivity of The Extracellular Calcium-Sensing Receptor (CaSR) Protect Neurons Against Traumatic Brain Injury
