Dancing - stroke rehab

Went to a local bar tonight with a live band with 5 friends. We shouted across the table to each other. I even managed to get on the dance floor once with a woman I had just met. The legs worked pretty good, no hopping but they could bounce and dip quite well. The left arm did not look good at all, the spasticity caused it to be bent and it did not bounce naturally when I bounced on my feet.  I don't think she cared but it made me self-conscious. But still it was a lot of fun. Only 2 hard ciders tonight.
