Well then he was one of the lucky 10% that recover fully. He doesn't really know if rehab works, it could have all been because his stroke was small enough to not kill neurons and spontaneous recovery was enough. Its the same reason I dislike first person recovery stroke books, they invariably state it was all due to their efforts. With the implication that if you don't recover it is because you didn't work hard enough. Well I challenge them to recover from the size of my stroke. Sorry about being crabby. Its been a long day, 5 hours driving so far with another 5 to go. Heading to St. Paul,MN for a friends moms funeral.
