Stay Active

Add a sport or physical activity to your regimen.
Have more sex. That would be nice, but alas.


Stay Sharp

Get your 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. (Just living is aerobic exercise)

Stop smoking pot.

Wrinkle less.
Sleep more hours. ( I have too much living to do to waste it on sleep)

Lift weights.

Feel More Energetic

Get your thyroid checked.
Cut down on drinking. (Sorry, not going to occur)
Get a full sleep evaluation.  (I know I have mild sleep apnea, but can't tolerate the CPAP)
