DEAR DOCTOR K: I’m a woman in my 60s. A good friend recently had a serious stroke. Is there anything she could have done to prevent it?

This doctor may be from Harvard but he is still promoting the press release laziness of preventing stroke. Not like these 10 referenced and specific ideas.
